SUBJECT:       Request For Proposal for Auditing Services

The County of Clare, Michigan  (Clare County) invites qualified consultants to submit proposals for auditing services including the County’s Annual Audit.

At the bottom of the page is a link for Request For Proposal to provide interested parties with sufficient information to enable them to prepare and submit proposals for consideration of contract award.

Clare County reserves the right to consider proposals or modifications received at any time before award is made, if such action is in the best interest of the project.  Clare County also reserves the right to reject any and all bids received as a result of this RFP, or to negotiate separately with any source whatsoever in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the project.   Clare County does not intend to award a contract solely on the basis of any response made to this request or otherwise pay for the information solicited or obtained.

Sealed written proposals clearly marked “Clare County Auditing Services Bid” must be submitted in ten (10) copies, no later than 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 7, 2007 to:
