Courthouse Operating Hours and Holidays |
The Clare County Courthouse is open from 8:00am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, some offices are closed during the noon hour 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch.
The Clare County Courthouse will be closed for County Business on the following holidays:

If a holiday falls on a Saturday we will be closed the Friday before and if the holiday falls on a Sunday we will be closed the Monday after.
Any exceptions will be posted on the bulletin board in the County Building, located in Harrison.
